The Mechanical and Self-Sensing Performance of Reactive Powder Cement Concrete with Nano-Stainless Steel Powder

In order to prepare cement concrete with high mechanical properties and durability, nano-stainless steel powder reactive (RPC) was manufactured. The dosage of ranged from 0% 1.2% by the total volume RPC. this study, compressive flexural strengths RPC were determined, dry shrinkage rate tested electrical resistance alternating current (AC) impedance spectrum measured; moreover, corresponding strain-sensing investigated, scanning electron microscope (SEM) used for observing microstructures results showed that 1.0% exhibited threshold values strengths. maximum strength 16.1% 14.2% higher than minimum values. addition powders reduced 12.1%–39.8%. decreased in form cubic function fraction stainless powders. value piezoresistive performance. relationship between reactance fitted well quadratic function. As obtained SEM results, could effectively improve compactness hydration products.
